Information Obligation Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
1. Data Controller
The controller of the personal data you provide via the contact form, i.e., the entity determining the purposes and means of processing, is CASPOL, with its registered office at 40-384 Katowice, ul. Ks Bpa Bednorza 2a-6, Poland, NIP (Tax ID) 6271018050 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
2. Legal Basis and Voluntary Provision of Data
Personal data provided in the contact form are processed by the Administrator based on your consent, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (commonly referred to as the “GDPR”).
Providing personal data in the contact form is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time by contacting the Administrator at biuro@caspol.pl, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal.
3. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data at any time, as well as to request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability.
4. Purposes of Processing
The Administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Communication with the User, in particular for handling sales and complaints related to products or services offered by the Administrator;
- Presenting commercial offers via electronic means;
- Presenting commercial offers in telephone contact;
- Allowing the User to submit comments or opinions regarding products or services offered by the Administrator.
Additionally, the Administrator may process personal data provided in the contact form for the following purposes:
- Conclusion and performance of any potential contract between you and the Administrator, as well as customer service, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- Financial settlements with you as the Administrator’s customer, for the purpose of performing any contract concluded between the parties, and possibly pursuing claims from you as the customer, under the Administrator’s legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as well as fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations toward tax authorities under separate regulations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
- Marketing activities carried out by the Administrator under the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and in accordance with any statements of will regarding marketing communication submitted to the Administrator. You may withdraw your consent for marketing communication (e.g., to receive commercial information electronically or be contacted by phone for direct marketing purposes) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing conducted on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal;
- Compliance with the Administrator’s legal obligations in relation to you, as set out in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Categories of Recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
Entities cooperating with the Administrator in the provision of its services.
6. Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for the duration necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e., for the period of the Administrator’s business operations.
