Stainless Steel Chain Actuator with Adjustable Stroke and High Protection

The TOPP ACK4 electric actuator is designed for high-performance automation of top-hung and bottom-hung windows in both residential and commercial applications. It features a double-link articulated stainless steel chain enclosed in a die-cast aluminium housing, finished with epoxy powder coating for corrosion resistance and aesthetics.

The actuator delivers a thrust and traction force of up to 300 N, ensuring smooth and reliable window operation. Its adjustable stroke (100–400 mm) can be set in seven positions using external knobs on both sides of the actuator. Available in both 230V~ 50Hz and 24V DC versions, it integrates easily with automation and control systems.

A built-in electronic device with acoustic warning (buzzer) alerts the installer to incorrect installation, ensuring safe configuration. The actuator has an IP55 protection rating against dust and water. For projects requiring enhanced protection, a special IP66 fixed-stroke version is available. An optional preset “S” version allows synchronous operation of two actuators on the same window.
