The TOPP C30 is a compact electric chain actuator designed for automating bottom-hung and top-hung windows. With selectable strokes of 200 mm or 380 mm, and a high operational force of up to 300 N, it delivers efficient and quiet performance in both residential and commercial applications.

Equipped with a double-link articulated chain, the actuator provides excellent durability and stability during motion. Available in both 230V~ 50Hz and 24V DC versions, it allows easy integration with traditional control systems and modern Building Management Systems (BMS).

Also available in a synchronous twin version (C30S) – ideal for wide or heavy windows requiring higher force and perfect coordination.
