Reliable 1-Output Control Unit with Rain Sensor Integration

The TOPP RR (models 8C0120 or 8C0123) is a compact and efficient control and power unit designed for managing one 230V actuator output. It is equipped with an integrated 433 MHz radio receiver, allowing wireless control via the TR4 or TR8 remote controls. Ideal for simple window automation projects, it supports both manual and automatic modes.

In manual mode, users can operate the window via remote control or a roller switch with center OFF position (only one of these input options may be used at a time). For weather-responsive operation, the RR Mini can be paired with the RDC12 heated rain sensor, activating automatic closure when rain is detected.

The control logic allows for intelligent re-opening: if the user manually reopens the window during rainfall, the unit waits approximately 10 minutes before evaluating the sensor status again. If the sensor is still active, it re-closes the window automatically. If not, the window remains open.

Compact and highly functional, the TOPP RR is perfectly suited for top-hung, bottom-hung, and roof window applications, offering a reliable and straightforward control solution for residential and light commercial ventilation.
