Versatile Rack Drive System with Multiple Push Points

The UCS RACK is a heavy-duty linear actuator designed for natural ventilation and smoke extraction in facades, domes, and large top-hung windows. Built with robust rack-and-pinion mechanics, the actuator delivers high operational force and can be configured for one or more push points for enhanced performance.

Available in Dual Rack (650–750 N) and Double Rack (up to 1500 N) versions, the system allows synchronized actuation across large openings via a mechanical connecting rod. Supported strokes include 180 mm, 350 mm, 550 mm, 750 mm and 1000 mm, using 10 mm or 12 mm square rack transmissions depending on stroke length.

The actuator operates at either 230V AC or 24V DC, with the 24V RWA variant certified for smoke and heat extraction (EN 12101-2). Optional mounting options include fixed or sliding brackets, and dovetail slides enable flexible installation across the full actuator length.

Whether used as a single rack or in multi-point configurations, UCS RACK offers precise control, powerful thrust, and scalable installation options for large-scale automated window systems.
