Advanced Stainless Steel Chain Actuator with Smart Synchronization

The ACK4S by TOPP is a high-performance synchronous chain actuator designed for wide and heavy top-hung and bottom-hung windows. It features a robust double-link articulated chain made of stainless steel, housed in a durable die-cast aluminium body coated with epoxy powder for enhanced corrosion resistance.

Available in both 230V~ 50Hz and 24V DC versions, the ACK4S delivers a maximum operational force of 500 N in total. Its stroke can be electronically selected via a side switch in seven adjustable positions: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 mm. The actuator incorporates the latest TOPP electronic synchronization system, which enables smooth dual-actuator operation without the need for external controllers.

The integrated Smart Auto-Reset System (SAI) optimizes window closing behavior, while a built-in acoustic signal alerts installers to improper setup. Thanks to the chain position monitoring and precise stroke control, the ACK4S ensures reliable and safe operation, even under high loads or when synchronizing two actuators on a single sash.

Standard mounting accessories are included for top-hung and bottom-hung windows, and an optional bracket is available for vertical installation (e.g., skylights). The device is CE-certified and built for long-lasting performance in demanding applications.
