High-Performance Dual Push-Point Actuator for Demanding Applications

The TOPP C40S is a powerful synchronous chain actuator designed for automating extra-wide and heavy windows. It features integrated electronic synchronization, allowing precise dual-point operation without the need for an external control unit. The actuator is ideal for installations where window width exceeds 1400–1500 mm or enhanced structural stability is required.

Operating at 230V~50Hz, the C40S delivers a maximum force of 700 N (push and pull) and offers seven selectable stroke lengths: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, and 500 mm – configurable via onboard selectors. The actuator’s ergonomic design ensures simple installation, while the SAI (Smart Auto Initialization) system optimizes the window’s closing operation.

A built-in electronic traction control system reduces closing speed during the final 100 mm of stroke, enhancing safety and sealing accuracy. It also includes an acoustic warning system that alerts the installer in case of incorrect mounting. With an IP55 protection rating, the C40S is suitable for demanding indoor and semi-outdoor environments.

The actuator is supplied with standard brackets for top-hung and bottom-hung windows and is optionally available with vertical mounting accessories for roof applications. Certified according to CE, CEE89/336, and CEE73/23 standards. Available in white, grey, and black finishes.
