High-Load Actuator with Long Stroke and Built-In Synchronization
The TOPP C50 Synchronous actuator is a high-performance solution engineered for the automation of large and heavy skylights, top-hung and bottom-hung windows. Designed with a durable aluminium body and an integrated double-link chain, this actuator provides a robust thrust force of up to 900 N in total.
Operating on 24V DC, the actuator supports long strokes of 600 mm, 800 mm, or 1000 mm, making it suitable for industrial and commercial ventilation systems. The device includes a preset synchronous system for the coordinated operation of two actuators on a single window wing—ideal for applications requiring balanced movement and enhanced strength.
Certified according to EN 12101-2 for smoke and heat evacuation (SHEV) for 600 mm and 800 mm strokes, the C50 is a trusted solution for life-safety systems. A patented chain terminal and load adjustment system enhances resistance to heavy loads, even over extended strokes, while ball-bearing-supported gearbox shafts ensure long-term reliability.
Thanks to its compact design and specialized mounting brackets, installation is quick and flexible for a range of window types. Available in white, grey, and black finishes.
