The UCS MAX Tandem is a robust electric spindle actuator system designed for projects requiring additional force, stability, and enhanced safety. Built with efficiency and durability in mind, the actuator features an elegant anodized aluminum body in either silver or dark brown, ideal for high-end architectural integration.
Available in stroke options of 180 mm, 300 mm, or 500 mm, the UCS MAX offers a powerful thrust of up to 450 N (350 N for 500 mm stroke). With an IP65 protection rating, it is perfectly suited for demanding environments that require resistance to dust and moisture.
The MAX actuators can be installed in a tandem configuration using the CP230 control unit, allowing two actuators to operate simultaneously on one window. In case of a malfunction, the control unit automatically halts the second actuator, ensuring safe operation without compromising structural integrity. Please note: the MAX tandem system ensures dual control but does not provide full electronic synchronization.
Installation is simplified by the availability of sliding or fixed mounting options, while integrated microswitches and thermal protection ensure accurate and reliable performance.
