Heavy-Duty Rack Actuator with Electronic Synchronization
The UCS Synchro T-RACK is a powerful and versatile electric rack actuator system engineered for operating large and heavy windows, domes, or skylights. Designed for demanding architectural and industrial applications, it features a rugged design, easy installation, and the option to link up to four actuators for synchronized operation.
Each actuator delivers up to 1000 N of pushing/pulling force, and in a 4-unit synchronized setup, the system reaches an impressive 4000 N. Available in both 230V AC and 24V DC versions, it is suitable for a wide range of automation scenarios, including SHEV systems (EN 12101-2 compliant 24V RWA version).
UCS Synchro T-RACK supports stroke lengths of 350 mm, 550 mm, 750 mm, 1000 mm, and upon request, a 1200 mm stroke is also available. Optional L-SIGNAL version provides open/close feedback signals for precise automation and integration.
The system allows both mechanical tandem configuration (via transmission rod) and electronic synchronization between multiple actuators. The electronic sync version comes with built-in control boardsโno external controller needed.
