Reliable Multi-Point Rack Actuator for Skylights and Domes

The UCS Tandem RACK is a robust rack actuator system designed to operate large domes, skylights, and facade windows requiring enhanced force and stability. Featuring a mechanical tandem configuration, the system allows two actuators to be linked via a transmission rod to achieve up to 1500 N of thrust force.

Available in both 230V AC and 24V DC versions, each actuator provides up to 650 N of operational force. Stroke options include 180 mm, 350 mm, 550 mm, and 750 mm, making it highly adaptable to various architectural applications. The tandem configuration ensures even load distribution across multiple push points, ideal for wide or heavy sashes.

The system uses a transmission rod available in lengths of 1000 mm, 1500 mm, or 2000 mm, ensuring installation flexibility. UCS Tandem RACK actuators are compatible with fixed or sliding mounting brackets and are easy to install thanks to their dovetail mounting rail.

For safety-critical projects, the 24V RACK version is available with EN 12101-2 certification, making it suitable for smoke and heat extraction (SHEV) systems in commercial or industrial buildings.
