Linear Locking Actuator for Chain-Driven Windows

The UCS E-LOCK is a compact linear locking actuator engineered to ensure precise and secure closure of window hardware. Designed to work in tandem with UCS electric chain actuators such as the QUASAR, VEGA, NANO, or SIRIUS (24V DC), this device reinforces sealing tightness and boosts window system performance, especially in airtight and weather-sensitive installations.

Thanks to its stainless steel casing and slim profile, E-LOCK can be installed either concealed within the window frame or surface-mounted on the profile. The actuator operates via a selectable stroke and direction (configurable via internal dip switches) and includes an emergency unlocking mechanism for safety.

Two mounting options are available: the Short Fork Kit for concealed frame integration and the Long Fork Kit for vent-mounted applications, ideal for louvre windows. A silver anodized aluminum cover is also available for design integration.

E-LOCK executes its locking/unlocking logic based on programmable delay or direct feedback signals from compatible chain actuators or external sensors. During opening, the E-LOCK releases the lock before the chain actuator is activated. During closing, it waits for full closure before relocking the window.
